Bespoke commissions are highly personalized and involve consultation, design discussion, material selection, dimension planning, colour choices, hardware selection, personalization, quotation, approval, and production.

A bespoke commission is not considered confirmed until the required quotation, confirmation process, and deposit (which will be discussed in person) have been completed.

Design consultations are intended to help you explore ideas, materials, form, function, customization, and bespoke possibilities. Please note that a consultation does not automatically constitute a confirmed order. Any production or commission must follow the agreed quotation and confirmation process.

An order or commission becomes confirmed only after Sole & Skin has explicitly accepted the request and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Payments must be made using our accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Cards.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, displayed information may contain occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability errors.

Bespoke creations are quoted individually based on the design, materials, dimensions, personalization, complexity, and requested specifications. The final price will be the one communicated in your accepted quotation.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status, production stage, whether the item is bespoke, and our applicable business policy. For specific cancellation details, please note that cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

Returns and refunds are governed by our applicable Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that return and refund terms for bespoke items will be discussed in person, as their highly customized nature may affect return eligibility.
